Cerulean is a beautifully constructed three-dimensional theme, with its bold shadows around the wrapper, and forward directional right angled graphics. The preset backgrounds match the mainbody style to create an intricate and seamless visual experience.

A distinct feature of Cerulean is its overlaps, set in the areas between the mainbody and its upper and lower parts, such as the showcase position. A custom rt-suspend widget suffix is available for upper column overlap as seen with the search widget on the frontpage.

There are 9 stylistic widget suffixes, along with several structural suffixes that can affect margins and similar dimensional values. The widget suffixes add individual styling that matches the overall design, such as box3, which matches the slanted visual approach.
