Somaxiom has compatibility styling for 3 major third party extensions: K2, JComments and JomSocial. The extensions will not be included in the RocketLauncher, but can be download / purchased (JomSocial is a commercial extension) from the respective developers.
Template side RTL support from the Fusion menu to the Typography; alongside Gantrys RTL support for the automatic flipping of the grid system. If Joomla is set to RTL mode, in its language settings, the template will automatically adjust to its RTL layout.
