Yes, template is really clean. What did you mean with word “null” ? Developers from smartaddons dosent put checkers in their templates.
Make a screenshot, its probably some image encoded with base64, its a normal thing.
Describe please what kind of errors did you seen.
I mean if these templates of Russian or Arabic site were bought ?
Because most of templates of these sites have destroyer codes that are called null !
Templates are directly downloaded from official websites. We dont download these templates from russian or arabic websites because they put malware and backlinks in templates.
Templates work nice without nulling.

I suppose that problem may be in your hosting. Do you install demo data on localhost or on server?

Sorry for my bad english
I had the problem when installing quickstart .
I am stucking at step: “creating datase”
I tried to rename “InnoDB” to “MyISAM” in 2 file joomla.sql and sample-data.sql but it still can’t be finished , instaling more and more……. NEVER FINISH !
If you have some advise , give it to me , tks so much !!
